This is great news! I appreciate you putting this out there even though it is not WEIGHT related... it is very health related. My little one has severe lung disease and with all the research I have done I never knew this!! Thanks so much for sharing. I am definitely going to start choosing more fiber-rich foods for her.
Interesting... as a matter of fact, I went to the store to pick up some Splenda yesterday & they now have Splenda with Fiber. Each packet contains one gram of fiber! I picked up a box, and it doesn't taste any different. SO now I can help to meet my fiber quota and while getting my caffeine fix.. 2 birds, 1 stone! =)
