Pretty much says it all in a few words.
I actually think I mostly do this. Probably 75%, volume-wise, of what I eat is fruits and veggies, beans, whole grains. The rest is cheese, bacon, bread, turkey, sushi, etc. I suppose even sugar and chocolate count as plants, even though I didn't include them in the 75%. I mean, really, everything that's not meat was a plant, in various degrees of processing

I agree with the quote...it's a sane way to eat.
