Hi Princess! Saw your comment on Allan's blog -- thank you for pointing out what I had already said about Dreamfields being LC. Since Allan deleted my previous two comments, I figured I'd just answer your question here. I measured my pasta last night; it was 1.5c, which equates to 12g of carb.

For what it's worth, particularly when cooked al dente the Dreamfields pastas seem to have a very minimal carb impact. I'm not retaining water today nor feeling any other symptoms of overload.
