I so ne...I love dancing to music - it's great fun. I so need to do more exercise - but I'm taking it slow. Right now I'm challenging my self to do 100 pushups (eventually) - up to 25 modified pushups (on my knees) and increasing a little every couple days (with a day off every two days). Once I can do a 100 modified push ups, I'll start adding in the regular ones too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
